ATEX Certified Batteries (Ex-Proof)
Explosion proof batteries designed especially for locations with high explosion risk such as mines. The battery group is formed by placing traction battery cells inside the specifically designed, enclosed sheet metal containers.

Flooded Type Cell (2V) – Gel (OPzV)
With technological developments, the need for a maintenance-free batteries suitable for indoors operation arose in stationary unit batteries as well. VRLA type gel battery production has begun to address this need.

Flooded Type Cell (2V) – Standard (OPzS)
Stationary batteries manufactured as 2V single cell. Depending on usage location, cells are merged to create the battery group. These batteries come in two types as standard flooded type (OPzS) and Gel type (OPzV). Low-maintenance, Tubular Stationary Unit (OPzS) batteries are standby batteries manufactured to be connected to systems as an uninterruptable energy supply. For the user, float voltage operation system require minimum maintenance and low energy costs. Thanks to its main feature, low antimony lead alloy tubular positive plates, it decreases the discharge by itself and reduced water loss significantly. It has high active material retention and charge-discharge capacity.

Flooded Type Monoblock (6v-12v)
It has the same structure as stationary battery cells. It is available in 6v and 12v cases, and manufactured between 6V 100Ah-300Ah and 12V 25Ah-150Ah capacities. Their main advantages include tubular positive plate, charge durability, montage and maintenance convenience, long life span and space saving. Batteries used in golf carts are included in this group.

Traction / CER type batteries
They are high power traction batteries manufactured by using valve-regulated positive plates (PzS). They are used in material lifting and handling, electric vehicles, packaging platforms and elevations, automatic direction vehicles and some special DC action systems. With their excellent cycle/rotation characteristics and high starting capacity, these batteries are used in forklifts with their general types. They also have different types including those with special non-flammable box lid, for diesel locomotives and rail car lighting. In line with the customer demand, Air Matic type is also manufactured.
These are lead-acid, high power traction batteries that are long lasting, have in-depth discharge features and are compatible with continuous charging-discharging cycle. They are also designed to have options which facilitate maintenance and charging.
Valve-regulated positive plates (PzS), high quality microporous separators between positive and negative plates which make the battery long-lasting as well as high porosity with low resistance and easy to transmit the electrolyte. These batteries are used as power source in any electric lifting and handling vehicles (Forklift), mobile passenger and load lifting platforms, flame-proof electric mine locomotives in mine pits, railway systems, diesel and electric locomotives as well as rail car lighting in rail systems, in automatic direction vehicles and in systems where charging-discharging cycle is continuous.
They are especially used in all types of specific and general purpose stacking machines operated in closed spaces where the environment factor is very important. In line with the customer demand, Air Matic type is also manufactured. Charging factor is reduced by blowing air in certain levels into the battery and ensuring electrolysis, thus saving energy and time.

VRLA AGM
In stationary product family, fully sealed valve-regulated stationary plant batteries with absorbed separators are now being manufactured. These products are used as power sources in applications including UPS, power plants in closed spaces (with no special ventilation requirements). MUTLU BATTERY has added real dry-type maintenance-free (VRLA) batteries to its product range, mainly used in Continuous Power Sources System. VRLA type batteries are first used in Turkey by MUTLU BATTERY and their areas of implementation include telecommunications, various power and telephone plants, power generation company, emergency lighting, fire alarm systems etc. As an AGM battery, Express Power VRLA ensures high performance and reliability for long-term applications. Manufactured at MUTLU BATTERY facilities for the first and only time in Turkey, they are genuine dry type, maintenance-free batteries featuring “gas recombination” system used in uninterruptable power supply systems. Batteries of this type feature fire retardant cases, low-pressure automatic shut-off valve control and high-rate gas recombination. Important advantages of sealed system batteries are being maintenance-free and the capacity to be used in enclosed locations including in-device, and even in vertical or horizontal positions.
